The vapours cool down as rain
To sweep away all the memories
In the old lane
Many unzipped the umbrellas
Many secured themselves under a roof
Many were uninterested in anything
The umbrellas were brightly coloured In the downpour, trying to remain dry
Hiding beneath the colours are many
What is the message that the eye is welcomed with,
When the sky above us is in pain?
Groaning with the wings shattered
What becomes of all these bodies?
Have had their lives shattered by anguish,
With their bodies hunched low,
The patting of the rain is slowed
I slip away from the look of sun
Rising above all
